World Tourism Day

The  2020  edition of  World Tourism Day , comes with the  theme  of " Tourism  and Rural Development". It will celebrate the unique role that  tourism  plays in providing opportunities outside of big cities and preserving cultural and natural heritage all around the W orld .(Courtesy: Google) On this day, I would like to take the opportunity to introduce to you all - my hometown Karwar from a view with my perspective! Karwar -  is in the Indian state of Karnataka, lies on the west coast of Southern India at the mouth of the Kali river. Most of you might have not even heard of this City. Karwar lies in the border of Karnataka near Goa. Formerly known as Carwar, the city is known for it calm and beautiful beaches and the variety of fishes that it has to offer.  Karwar has a natural beauty with a historical background.
